BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 Bakers Delight Wholemeal Country Grain Loaf, sliced for sandwiches
1 BBQ Chicken
4 slices Swiss Cheese
4 tbs Tomato Relish
1 cup Fresh Dill, finely chopped
2 cups Rocket
Method:
Take two slices per person of Bakers Delight Country Grain Loaf and sandwich together a filling of sliced BBQ Chicken breast, Swiss cheese, tomato relish, freshly chopped dill and rocket leaves.
